Sugar-Free Flapjacks

These are the perfect guilt-free snack. You can change the dried fruit used to suit your tastes and store cupboard. You can also change the quantity of oats and dessicated coconut to change the texture, or leave the coconut out altogether.

I used 2 bananas (mashed), 100g each of dates and apricots, 100g each of oats and dessicated coconut, some sunflower seeds and 80ml oil.

Mix everything together well in a mixing bowl. Press into a greased baking tin. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown at gas mark 5.
