Raw Coconut Energy Bars


140g Dates
20g Flax seed
40g nuts of choice
20g Shredded Coconut
1 tbsp Almond Butter
2 tbsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Oats
2 tbsp Raisins
1 tbsp Almond Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
Dessicated Coconut to roll


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until the ingredients are all combined.
  2. Form the mixture into bars in whatever shape you desire.
  3. Roll in dessicated coconut.
  4. Refrigerate until set.
  5. Enjoy
