Peanut Butter Bites

These no added sugar, vegan, raw protein rich bites, formed part of our ‘wake up to organic breakfast event’. Energy on the go to prevent slump in blood sugars. They are quick and easy to make from store cupboard ingredient, saving you money and preventing you reaching from similiar packaged goods. You do not need to be a slave to recipes, just keep the dry and wet ingredient even ie any fruit any seed can be substituted.

Ingredients; 1 cupPeanut Butter, 1 cup Porridge oats, 1/3rd cup soaked and processed raisins, 3 tbsp Pumpkin Seed, 1 tbsp Cacao nibs.

Method; Combine the ingredients. Form into small rounds and pop in the fridge. Eat mindfully. will keep for  days or freeze and portion out as required.
