Breakfast – Toasted Oats

There is nothing more important than having a healthy start to each day. Try the following as an alternative to shop-bought cereals and mueslis.


1 cup oats (muesli base)
2 tbsp. desicated coconut
1 tbsp each sunflower , sesame seeds, chopped hazlenut (or choice of nuts) runny honey, oil of choice


  1. Mix the ingredients together and spread them out on a baking tray.
  2. Bake 20 mins gas mark 6 shaking once or twice.
  3. Scoop into a bowl and add 2 tbsp dried fruit (of choice).
